Running a process as another user is not an xpra question.
There are many ways of doing this, but as you will be crossing security boundaries, there are going to be constraints and consequences.
sudois a common way, so issshor even using containers.I guess you could also use systemd to automatically launch sessions for users, you could even make it socket activated. But again, not an xpra question per-se.
