Allow status actions on all translations at once (articles & pages)

On the show page of an Article or Page, status actions (publish, archive, delete, etc.) currently apply only to a single translation.

There is no way to apply the same action to all translations of the entity at once.

• Add support for executing status actions (publish / archive / delete / change status) for all translations in one action
• Keep per-translation actions unchanged
• Apply to both Articles and Pages
