csbdeep not mentioned in environment.yml

Hi,

I tried running SpatialScope and installation was easy and straightforward. However, when I started training the generative model, it resulted into an error because the csbdeep package is not installed.

I think ```csbdeep``` must also be included in the environment.yml file, under the pip section.
