Making the Result Names Clickable

Has anyone found a way to make the names that appear as Search results have an underline, making it obvious they are clickable? Our page monitoring tool reveals that there is often a delay in the results loading completely, and users will rage-click all over the results to get the user card to appear fully. If the name results had the underline indicating they were clickable, it would be most helpful. Perhaps this could be an option that can be enabled/disabled in the WP settings.
