Making the Result Names Clickable #94

Would it be possible to add a way to make the names that appear as Search results have an underline, making it obvious they are clickable? Our page monitoring tool reveals that there is often a delay in the results loading completely, and users will rage-click all over the results to get the user card to appear fully. It would be most helpful if the name results had the underline indicating they were clickable. Perhaps this could be an option that can be enabled/disabled in the WP settings.
