Differentiate between types of issue updates

All issue updates display in exactly the same way, whether is it adding/changing labels, adding/changing assignee, editing title, editing description, etc.

That means that you often get multiple "Updated issue" notifications with the exact same body text.

It would be very helpful to display additional information about the nature of the issue update.
