Send build to Package Flight instead of the Product Release track

Hi. I see that when I run dart run msix:create the build gets automatically uploaded to the Microsoft Partner Center as a new release. Is there anyway to prevent this behavior or, more preferably, send it to Package Flights? My preference is to have a group of testers test the app using Package Flights prior to making it a releases. Thanks for the help.
