sqlalchemy: Complex Transactions & testable codes

Need to improve codes in "sql-db/fastapi-crud" directory with following features

1. Add complex schema, and add codes for preventing N+1 query
2. Make Repository class with Fake Repository for testable
3. Add unittest codes
