[bug] Scroll bar missing from installation

⁉️ Describe the bug

During installation - there is no ability to scroll-cannot scroll page page

Scrolling is disabled likely due to javascript jquery errors

🔥 How to trigger the error

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/install'
2. Click on 'dont have to cleick anything it will not allow me to scroll down the page'
3. Scroll down to 'cant scroll'
4. See error

👎 Actual Behavior

Try to install no scrollbar there
I am trying to install on chrome windows 10. THe site is setup on alma linux 9.2 utilizing php 8,2 and apache.

👍 Expected Behavior

Scrollbar should be there
