[BUG](cosplayasian): SSL Certificate error when downloading pack

Content is fetched properly, but requests to the CDN fail due to SSL error:

Cannot connect to host sun9-55.userapi.com:443
ssl:True [SSLCertVerificationError: (1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: self-signed certificate in certificate chain (_ssl.c:1000)')]

Errors are reproduced across multiple userapi.com subdomains in the format sun9-<number>.userapi.com

Note: Could be caused by portmaster (external app not related to ososedki_dl) blocking the connections to an insecure domain. Must check manually to verify it.
