NTFY service intergration issue

Hello,
We wanted to integrate our own ntfy notification service by adding the following lines to the config.json file. However, no matter what we do, the "Manage Messaging" menu doesn't appear in the MeshCentral interface. We also tried to add "ntfy": true, but we still couldn't succeed. Could there be any missing or incorrect settings? Thank you.

Have u checked ur config.json with https://config.meshcentraltools.com
And made sure the section and values are correct?

Edit: have u also restarted meshcentral too?
Have u checked mesherrors.txt for errors?
Whats the output of ur meshcentral server logs/console?

hello,
thank you for quick response.

i ran the syntax checks on config generator and with python -m command. it passes the tests.

i forgot to say that we are running mesh (latest vers.) on docker.
restarted meshcentral maybe thousands times :)
i can ping my ntfy domain in mesh docker container.
set debug to "*" in config file and then checked docker logs . However, no logs related to NTfy or messaging service are being detected.

You havent entered it correctly
If u check the config website link I sent
Your messaging section should be outside the domains section, you have put it inside the domains section
This is why we tell people to paste their config into it and then check what the confog generator actually sees

Edit: its also the same with your smtp section too, that's inside the domains section and it should be outside

i see. it worked. We just installed MeshCentral and we're still getting used to it sorry :))
smtp section is working although it is in domain section btw. thank you so much.

Yeh configuring meshcentral can be a little bit of a pain, which is again why we tell/suggest to people to use the new config generator Ryan/Melo created as its saves so much hassle!

Also weird the smtp working in the domains section, guess leave it where it is then haha
