Translation of "Schedule repulish" button in classic editor's submit box do not work .

To Reproduce

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Set Language other than English.
2. Duplicate a post with "Rewrite & Republish".
3. Set publish time as future date and press OK

Expected results

1. "Schedule repulish" button become translated strings.

Actual results

1. "Schedule repulish" button do not become translated strings.
