Installation Error in Python 3+

Is there any way to get this install in the current version of Python without error?

I have attached a screenshot of the error to this note.

In the setup.py it is trying to read the long description. Probably because of the Chinese characters this fails.

clone the repository with git clone, and open setup.py with your favorite editor.

Replace following code:

# make description
readme = ROOT_DIR.joinpath('README.md')
if not readme.exists():
    with readme.open() as f:
        long_description = f.read()
        try:
            from pypandoc import convert_text
            long_description = convert_text(
                long_description, 'rst', format='md')
        except ImportError:
            print("warning: pypandoc module not found, could not convert Markdown to RST")
else:
    long_description = '-'
```

With this:
```
long_description = '-'
```

Now run ```python setup.py install```

And it will work.
