GKE Config Connector not installed #4
Description
y-cluster-provision-gke fails to create registry's GCS bucket using the CRD from https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/k8s-config-connector.
The reason is most likely that we don't run https://cloud.google.com/config-connector/docs/how-to/install-upgrade-uninstall. According to https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/k8s-config-connector/releases/tag/v0.1.6 we should now be able to create node pools from within a cluster.
