Blanket-Blacklist Genres

It would be really useful to be able to blacklist whole genres. I say this as a parent whose kids use my Spotify login to stream on their Google Home devices. Going through and blacklisting all their random artists takes quite a while.

The same feature could be used for hiding white noise artists from the dashboard.
