1.32.0 has a couple bug regressions

Describe the bug
Bugs fixed in 1.31.1 have resurfaced in 1.32.0. Most notably;

• Maximized video player has broken + duplicated progress bars (screenshot 1)
• Typing into the search bar for the extension results in spammed "options saved" popups

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1a. Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZYDUG0GrcQ
2a. Have the player maximized

1b. Open extension settings and type in search box
2b. See error

Expected behavior
The progress bar should not break in half. Typing in the settings search shouldn't show "options saved" when nothing has changed.

I'll look into fixing the settings saved issue when I can. I noticed that after the release. Also the maximized player progress bar splitting

@RevontuletCXVII other than the "split in half" progress bar what else is broken? or is that it for the maximize player feature.

I'll look into fixing the options saving when it shouldn't tomorrow, I'll also look into improving some of the settings components a bit as well.

Going fullscreen while the video player is maximized results in the video being pushed upwards off the screen with a black bar at the bottom, but that isn't a regression, rather a pre-existing bug that you may or may not have been aware of.

I wasn't aware of that one, can you make a new issue with information for that bug.
