Entering Fullscreen while the video player is maximized is bugged

Describe the bug
Entering Fullscreen while the video player is maximized results in the video being pushed up off-screen with a black bar appearing at the bottom

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any video
2. Click on fullscreen button or press F
3. See error

Expected behavior
The video doesn't get pushed off-screen and the black bar isn't there
