Welcome tab should adapt to screen size

Currently, tehre are scroll bars at quick settings and walkthroughts. I find this not very appeaylling

At least, it should adapt to the sreen hight:

Alternative suggestions:

Have "Quick settings" and "Walkthroughts" two tabs - and then one has the "full" height inside that box for the list.

That felt like a problem of double scrolling, and honestly, I am not sure what would be the best approach. For now, I can make the welcome tab to naturally adapt to the full height, but that would come at the expense that, for a sufficiently small screen (462px if you have 2 recent entries like me), part of the welcome would be truncated.

And even I make the inner part scrollable, we must admit that the content will be truncated with a sufficiently small screen, eventually:

I would say: Just do - User experience should weighted higher than some architecture thing - especially if there is only one option to implement things.
