Misleading information in docs and readme

This installs Fathom Lite. Fathom Lite is a previous and open-source version of Fathom Analytics, and does not have the same features as Fathom Analytics; for example Fathom lite uses cookies.

I'm sure this is not a problem in most cases, but should be noted up front so folks know what they're getting.
