[BUG] New BUG Xiaomi 9 cannot enable the floating window option

Xiaomi 9 cannot enable the floating window option.
Selecting "Settings" causes a brief flash, then the TextView disappears, making settings unavailable.
Android 9 MIUI 10.2.35.
It's doesn't work.
