Thank you for raising this issue. We plan to host the dataset on our organization’s official data platform. However, the public data platform is still waiting for procedures, which may take quite some time. Your helpful report will remain here until the transition is completed.

For your personal use, could you please share your email with me so I can grant you access to download the files via Google Drive?
