Danke @mcuiobroker
Ich hatte das Update Script ausgeführt und nicht gemerkt, dass jetzt nodejs 22 installiert wurde. Ich hab jetzt wieder nodejs 20 installiert, jetzt geht es wieder.

Anmerkung: Ohne https geht es auch mit nodejs v22.21.0
