Example Print Command does not Work

The example given in the README does not appear to work.

• The name 'printer' does not exist in the current context
• 'PrintJobRequest' does not contain a definition for 'JobName' (etc etc)
• The name 'client' does not exist in the current context

Did the interface change at some point? I tried older versions and get the same behavior. I can get a print job to execute if I remove the offending lines, but it attempts to print the PDF as text and spews tons of pages, so I'm definitely missing something.

I encourage you to switch to my fork SharpIppNext, which has many improvements.

If you prefer to use SharpIpp, the current readme contains deprecated code, and here is the correct version:
