@ioc2e3 for transparent zen, that allows zen to have transparent sites. If you want the empty tab to be clear, you can toggle a setting in transparent zen that says something like, "remove light tint in Zen," and that will do it.

As for the pagination thing, I am unaware of that. @Anoms12

Did you try adjusting the DWM blur glass settings ? Some user said it is possible to get transparency for Windows 10 that way but I am yet to see one in action.
