SolarFlow 2400: MQTT data are not available while HEMS is active

Since a few days the two SolarFlow2400 AC systems are not providing MQTT data if they are in HEMS. They did it the last few month without any problems. The MQTT data (only reading) is needed for EV charging solution.
But now, I can only receive data, if the MQTT is switched on in the battery setup. If I add the batteries into HEMS the MQTT data transfer seems to be stopped by HEMS and the switch is in off position. At least, the batteries shall run under HEMS and providing MQTT data.
Can you please find a solution for this issue?
The Zendure support linked me to this site to ask for a solution.

For Zendure HEMS and Home Assistant HEMS, we recommend enabling only one HEMS system at a time. Running both simultaneously can cause logical conflicts, which is likely why MQTT data stops when the batteries are added to HEMS.

Please try using a single HEMS instance, and the MQTT data should work as expected.

Hi David, thanks for your mail. I have two SF 2400 AC running unser Zendure HEMS. For those I need data for an EV charging solution. Each of the 2400AC send MQTT data if they are not supervised by HEMS without problems. Ones I put them under HEMS they stop providing MQTT data. It does not matter if just for one 2400AC MQTT is active. This behavior ist new, it worked fine for months. What can I do to get the MQTT data from one or two 2400AC while running unser Zendure HEMS.
