To avoid writing snapshots on ci environment, we should avoid writing them by default.

• Use environment configuration locally when running tests inside IDE
• Provide explicit error messages when snapshot not found, with steps to perform
• Create documentation to set variables inside Intellij and Eclipse, and with command line Maven and Gradle
