How to open the menu ?

Hi and thank you for your work,

I've downloaded and installed your mod by following the Setup section, however I can't find the combination of button to open the menu of your mod, could you please provide it ?

I've used the v4 of your mod with TTYD_EU_REL_Loader_v3.gci and the Gecko code "$REL Loader V3 Gecko [PistonMiner, Zephiles]". The cheats are on in Dolphin and there is [Gecko] section in the .ini file.
