display hour in "dernière adhésion"

it may be convenient to be able to quickly find out at what time a registration occur (for instance to find out if we messed up when we sent a reminder to renew membership and we then see that some folks registered on the same day).

(Though, perhaps it could make sense to display the hours only for the last few days, if it appears to that it adds too much noise to the page otherwise)
