vingo: filtered scans endpoint #63
Description
Add a new endpoint that, instead of every scan, returns a list of days where the user scanned.
Each entry should contain the date that the user was considered present in the kelder and the time when he/she scanned.
Even if an user scanned at 2 past midnight, the date should be the day before and the time should be 2 past midnight
