Data to reproduce the results

thank you for your work.
I want to replicate the results but i am having problems with finding the data and running the provided code.
I see older issues with people having the same problem but there is no solution.
You mention that you use the same strategies as FDSR yet they also do not provide any dataset or code. They load npy files.

Also you mention the dataset is 10+GB, how so? The original mat file is 2.76GB and if you create npy files it still will not be more than 5GB.
