Synchronization of key removal not in cache on current node

We are looking to use FusionCache without an L2 cache only with a backplane to sync changes between nodes. The question for us is does a Remove (or Clear) issue a notification for other nodes even if that particular key is not in the local L1 cache.

Looking through the code it would seem so, but we want to be sure.

Hi @lukaferlez , if I got your explanation right then yes, it should work.

But I should also add that you have to be careful when using L1 + backplane without L2, read here for more.
