How to change logging level depending on for how long Fail Safe is activated?

Hi, I got an requirement to configure logging in Fusion Cache (only L1), so that when fail safe is enabled and upon some factory issue we start getting stale values this fact is logged as warn. As this situation continues, after X time from its first occurence the log level should increase to error. Once the factory responds properly, it should reset back, meaning next time fail safe gets activated it should log it as warn, then after X time as error. Nice to have would be knowing if we hit a stale value or default fail safe value.
If anyone has any clue what approach I should take to achieve this I would be very grateful for any advice. The more I dig through the docs the more confused I get :/

This feature is not supported, but maybe you can play with a combination of Fail-Safe, Adaptive Caching and some logging call inside the factory to get the desired result.
