AH-67: Migrate from remarkable to react-markdown library (#1686)

- Replace remarkable with react-markdown for markdown rendering
- Add react-markdown and remark-gfm dependencies
- Update MarkdownRenderer component to use ReactMarkdown
- Remove remarkable dependency from package.json
