Offhand items visual bug

Describe the bug
When I start swinging a one handed weapon I can see my shield (or any item in the offhand) glitching and flickering. It happens no matter if you have set the config to show or not show inactive hand, but it's more visible if you have set it to not show.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Better Combat and its dependency
2. Launch the game
3. Set the config to show hands when attacking but disable rendering inactive hand
4. Equip a sword for example
5. Press and hold an attack button

Expected behavior
no rendering offhand items while swinging a one handed weapon if you have set the config to not show inactive hand or clear rendering offhand items if you have set the config to show inactive hand

Additional context
As you can see on the video It returns to normal after some hits, or if I switch between 3rd and 1st person right before swinging this visual bug doesn't even happen.
