Redesign Bro architecture

When Bro is first designed it was meant as a UI agent running on a background. However, MCP offers a much faster solution to most of our tasks so we would like to make Bro more MCP-oriented. One of the first task for this would be making the reasoner a MCP server.

Currently it's the convo that tasks the reasoner. However, there should be a third model called Dictator to instruct which models do what. See how Oh-My-Opencode structures this.
