Speed up comic view

Right now with read tracking when you view a comic that has a lot of issues, such as uncanny x-men (with over 500 issues) while logged in, it takes a long time for the sql to run and generate a response. I would like to cut down that time.

actually, looking over the request time breakdown in opbeat, it looks like the thing that is taking up the most time is selecting the creators, as seen here https://opbeat.com/genius/nightcrawler/performance/transaction/?transaction_name=GET%20listing.views.ComicView

partially fixed in f2ea232. now need to implement some sort of bulk create post save so the view halfway created is not cached. i'm really sleepy right now and will probably forget about this so this is recording for posterity and remembrance.

comic view is fixed in that commit, I tried caching it but that just proved to go badly since the issue data is probably the most changed in nightcrawler. I however cached pretty much everything else.

well, damnit, it looks like the read issue takes a lot of time to actually work. seen here:

I guess since I finally have users, I get the data, since I haven't had users yet until now.
