Better support for unattended shops

I'm not actually sure what the "correct" tagging for this is in OSM, but it seems like self_checkout is a good tag (only in this case): https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:self_checkout.

The shop wiki (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:shop) suggests the supervised tag which may also be relevant.

It would be nice to have one or both in the form for shops. The self_checkout tag is not currently suggested for completion in the tag editor either.

If either of these results from upstream sources, let me know and I would be happy open issues there.

I believe fields on shop=* would be from https://github.com/openstreetmap/id-tagging-schema/blob/master/data/presets/shop.json so improvements should be suggested there.
