Yes, I did. For getting the cc.en.300.zip file, you need to go to the CRSlab https://github.com/RUCAIBox/CRSLab. Follow their instructions, configure the environment, and then I remember it generates the file we need automatically when running this line python run_crslab.py --config config/crs/kgsf/redial.yaml. After that you can find the generated path and copy the file to where it should be. Also if you need the chinese version, run the command using tgredial.yaml. I think this error is due to a environment problem, using their latest version could successfully solve it, you can try :)
