Legacy OOB Flow Usage

Unable to sign in with a corporate account on own domain, the following error appears when navigating to the generated url for auth.

Error 400: invalid_request
The out-of-band (OOB) flow has been blocked in order to keep users secure. Follow the Out-of-Band (OOB) flow migration guide linked in the developer docs below to migrate your app to an alternative method.

I had the same problem. My project was "internal" on the auth -> audience page. Once I switched to "external" and "testing" it worked. (I didn't see how to make an "internal" "testing" prject)
