Add `check` subcommand that can apply suggestions with `--fix`

For example for non existent follows, or non-wanted uri's like `nixpkgs/nixos/24.05` that pins a tag instead of a branch.

Examples:

flake-edit check 
flake-edit check --diff 
flake-edit check --fix
```
