Feature: Stack exchange template #52
Description
currently there's nothing that looks like a forum thread. i figure stackexchange is a good starting point, and all the stack exchanges usually look close enough that they could have one template. it should probably look like stackoverflow by default.
can make posts such as
Q (-10): how do i get the bits of a float in javascript?

A (5): downgrade your version of nodejs and use this exploit
A (2): you should use typescript instead
