Proposal: Common AI Card standard for AI protocols (including A2A and MCP)

There is a proposal for a common AI Card standard to be defined in the open with a goal of being adopted in both MCP and A2A.

Please use this discussion to indicate support for or against. This will feed into a steering committee discussion to determine formal support.
