some exceptions

I accidently typed -4 and it calculated the waiting time etc. based on that. I should say Burst time cannot be negative or something.

And Also this:

When I want to see the idle of the cpu, the process p3 should start at 15th s but it starts at 3 and the avg waiting time is calculating negative.
Please consider these exceptions too, if you want to improve your work.
