Question about the Indexer code of the SkipList.cs

I don't understand the indexer code of the SkipList.cs (Line 97 in DataStructures/Lists/SkipList.cs ). It just throws an error massage instead of returning a valid value?

I upgraded the project to net10.0 and refactored the SkipList and its tests, I fixed thigs bug, if you discover new bugs please open a new issue reopen this one.
