Unable to adjust Font Size, Width, Location of Comment

First off. Love the work you've done here. The chat overlay worked amazing for the last two lives except that anything over about 150 characters cut off the bottom.

I tried to play with the features in options below and moving the numbers to positive and negative numbers resulted in no changes to the size and location of the overlay.

My apologies for being thick. But, can you add any assistance?
