The good news, this feature already exists in the Gallery. The Include/Exclude icon is at the upper-LEFT of the image when you expand it. It is the "eye" icon. This feature was requested for the same exact reason and camera you are using. Note: There is also a keyboard hot key you can use to Include/Exclude. The key is |

Due to the known issue with the ASI676MC camera (producing occasional purple frames), I currently have to manually exclude those bad images to keep them out of my timelapses. The current workflow is quite tedious:
It would be very helpful to have a quicker / more convenient way to exclude images from the timelapse—ideally directly from the gallery view (e.g., multi-select, right-click/tap to exclude, checkbox, or a dedicated "Exclude from timelapse" option).
