Create and link pupils to a guardian - endpoints #166
Description
To create and link children some missing endpoints are required.
Group 12 is assigned to implement the frontend functionality. However, in order to do so, some endpoints might be missing. These will be identified as quickly as possible and group 12 to enable the assigned group to implement them.
