Expand challenge search to include all categories #13

The current challenge search only works within individual categories, which makes it time-consuming to locate specific challenges. For example, searching for a Web Exploitation challenge won’t return results if it’s categorized under Cybermesterskaberne.
During a recent event, one challenge appeared under Web Exploitation for the live event but was listed under Misc on the admin page, making it difficult to find.
Proposed Improvement
Implement a global challenge search that searches across all categories, ensuring consistent and faster results when managing or locating challenges.
