Right-clicking not possible to enable "on top"

In Debian 13 GNOME I can neither enable "on top" in the settings nor I can right-click in the window. No context menu is displayed.

I asked an AI and it gave me a workaround: opening the window menu with the Alt-space keyboard shortcut.

If it is not possible to enable "on top" programmatically, please mention this workaround in the text in the settings dialog.

Hi, I'm facing a similar issue, I'm using AwesomeWM which has a native titlebar with the "on-top" functionality and the "pin" functionality. However, it seems LiveCaption hides the titlebar which prevents me from accessing this functions:

Also, I tried the "Keep on top" option in the options menu, but that does nothing.

Maybe we can expose a function to enable the titlebar?

Would depend on whether libadwaita lets us enable using system titlebar, not sure if it does
