Add Manual Scale Control and Constrain Pan to Image Dimensions

Hey, is it possible or can it be possible to implement these two features?

• The ability to control the scale manually
• Limit the pan to only the width and height of the image

@retr0cube You can control the scale manually by assigning a value to targetScale or binding something to it.
